Joanna & Tim
This is one of our favourites, we shot Joanna & Tim’s fairytale wedding in Cyprus before I started the journal, but I love the photos so have decided to post it retrospectively. Joanna & Tim are our friends and this was a rare opportunity to photograph a wedding overseas and enjoy be a guest as well.
The whole day was very relaxed and great fun, a real party atmosphere. I always put myself under pressure when I am photographing a wedding but even more when the Bride and Groom are our friends! – however I soon relaxed as everything went fantastically well and we look back on these photographs with great big smiles on our faces. The best thing was we were able to do most of it all over again at a huge party at the Devonshire House Hotel shortly after we got back!
Adele & Matt
We shot Adele & Matt’s wedding at The Beeches in Standish.
It was a beautiful day at a location we haven’t shot before with some lovely grounds for some nice shots with the bride and groom.
Although we were only there to cover the main daytime events there was a real fun vibe and I’m sure all the guests partied into the night after we had said our goodbyes…
Alison & Sean
We photographed Alison & Sean’s wedding day towards the end of August; it was a beautiful, elegant and moving day with a really fun evening!
We really enjoyed capturing the atmosphere of the day and Alison & Sean’s spirits were certainly not dampened by dodging the odd shower..
Apologies to all who have been waiting to see this post from the day, I’ll save my excuses except to say that it took an email from Alison to remind me.. (sorry!)
I do hope you enjoy re-living your wedding day and that it was worth the wait…

Gemma and Paul
Gemma and Paul’s Wedding took place at St . Mary’s Church in West Derby village, and then on to West Tower in Aughton; we were rather spoilt with these two very picturesque locations making for some great images of the happy couple
A few early morning showers gave in to a beautiful sunny day just as Gemma arrived at the Church (what timing!). This meant we had a fantastic sunset and enjoyed taking some special shots from the grounds at the West Tower.

Rachael & Robert
We really enjoyed shooting Rachael & Rob’s Wedding, it was a fun-filled day, with lots of laughter. This was our first visit to Kilhey Court and it really is a gorgeous venue with lots of opportunities for some striking portraits. We certainly look forward to working there again soon.
Rachael and Rob trusted us implicitly even when we asked them to come and have a quick photo in the car park! – we hope you love the results…..

Helen & Stephen’s Wedding at Thornton Manor
We had a fantastic time photographing Helen & Stephen’s Wedding at this gorgeous venue; The weather was great- there was lots of smiles all day and I had so many ideas for different shots I was spoilt for choice!
